Everything goes to one address, read by a person. Say which app you are using (the website or the iPhone app), what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot helps more than a description of one.

Before you write

Your data, what Aipa keeps and how to export or delete it, is explained on the Your data page, and an account can be deleted from Settings without writing to anyone.

Plans, prices and what each includes are on the Pricing page. Refunds are not given by default; cancelling stops the next charge.

What to expect

Replies come from the same address, usually within two business days. If something is broken for everyone, the fix comes first and the reply after.
